About Us
Although All 4Fun Colombia marks the first chapter of our brand in the country, our journey in the tourism industry spans over a decade of international experience, positioning us as a specialized provider of high-quality, personalized experiences.
All 4Fun was originally born in the Dominican Republic as a natural evolution, created to meet the real needs of travelers: those who arrive at a destination seeking clear information, reliable assistance, and safe, high-quality services without complications.
After years of success in the Caribbean, this experience now arrives in Colombia, a country as diverse as it is captivating, yet with a tourism style very different from Punta Cana and its surroundings, offering a broader variety of leisure, exploration, and discovery.
Guided by the same philosophy that has defined us from the beginning: Transparency, Elegance, Top Quality, and Close Personal Service, All 4Fun aims to support travelers before and during their stay, providing easy access to excursions, private activities, transportation, and authentic experiences of all kinds, both in the most popular destinations and in lesser-known corners of the country.
The creator of this project in both countries, Nelly, of Spanish origin and trained in the tourism field from a young age, brings a fresh, respectful, and human-centered vision to the industry. Her approach prioritizes ecotourism and responsible travel, with deep respect for the environment, local communities, wildlife, and the natural surroundings of every adventure.
Her experience leading All 4Fun in the Dominican Republic has made it possible to establish a service model in which travelers feel supported from the very first contact, offering completely free online assistance, backed by a specialized team and, in many cases, by the founder herself.
What truly sets us apart is our attention to detail and personalized service. Our commitment is to ensure that every stay in Colombia is safe, well-organized, and truly memorable, adapting to the needs of each traveler, couple, family, or group.
What is a Tour Leader?
Tour Leaders Program
This program was first introduced by us in the Dominican Republic, and due to its great success, it has now expanded to Colombia, making All 4Fun the first company in the country to offer Tour Leaders in English and French in the country. This role integrates an enhanced and specialized concept of tour guiding that goes far beyond the traditional approach.
The Tour Leader was created to meet the needs of certain groups who, due to their size, type of trip, or the characteristics of their members, require or would benefit from a personalized, organized, and safe management before and throughout their stay, whether for vacations, events, or special experiences, especially when it comes to international travelers who don't speak the language.
Our Tour Leaders are professionals with extensive knowledge of the destination, including local culture, cities and regions to be visited, accommodations, routes, logistics, and every activity carried out during the trip. Their role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly, comfortably, and without setbacks.
The Tour Leader is responsible for:
Coordinating group activities
Supervising schedules and transfers
Managing equipment and necessary resources
Coordinating all involved staff
Accompanying the group at every stage of the tour
Depending on the group’s needs, the Tour Leader may even stay at the same accommodation as the travelers, providing an even closer and more personalized level of assistance. This service is especially recommended for:
Weddings and special celebrations
Corporate events
Student groups or graduation trips
Groups including elderly participants or minors
All 4Fun’s Tour Leaders have both international and local experience, combining a global perspective with deep knowledge of the country, its customs, and its people. This allows us to offer a warm, familiar approach without losing our professional focus.
This program also responds to a common challenge faced by many travelers: difficulty accessing less touristy areas, limited available information, the complexity of public transportation in certain regions and the language barrier.
